Weekly Review #17

Good evening, bloggers! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I’m not feeling my greatest today, so be prepared for today’s blog to be a short one.

Halloween has taken over my every minute. With props and decorations………its going to be quite a show. We still have a good bit to do and only have two weeks left until the party. I just hope everything works out and that we have a full house!

Just one book review today. Another great request I received via Author Alliance. By the way, my request total is closing in at 60 now.

The Eternal Fountain of Youth by Thomas Peace has a lot to offer, from topics of time, death and fear to God, life and eternity. It’s an honest perception of humans……how we act, how we live. Thomas takes us on an unique journey of true discovery. A discovery of ourselves, a discovery of truth.

I was immediately drawn into this book, with an almost amusing introduction of the author, preparing you for the adventure ahead. Its insightful and makes you contemplate your life and its meaning. It makes you open up, think outside the box and realize we live with limits and boundaries. Personally, I viewed this book as a wake up call. It makes you see whats important and what never was. My favorite part was the utilization of poetry throughout the book. Some of my favorite writers were included, like Walt Whitman and Emily Dickinson.

No matter your beliefs, your religion, or your age………this book is a must read! With an open mind, it can truly be an eye-opening experience.

Until next time…………………love & blessings!
